Logistics Analyst
The Logistics Analyst will maintain and process data for the
logistics portion of customer- specific proposals and/or design
initiatives. Analyzing various sources of information to
establish route designs and/or best modes of transportation will
also be a priority. Responsibilities will include, but not be
limited to:
Meeting corporate and customer objectives with the purpose of
maintaining and increasing business levels; provide technical
operation support to customers, suppliers, and managers; execute
planning techniques for logistics based projects; design the
most efficient routes for the movement of logistics-based
business.
Minimum Skills:
Analytical skills with the ability to function as a member of a
team, strong communications skills, initiative and leadership
skills, knowledge of Excel, Access and Logistics software a
plus.
Ideal Skills:
Industry experience, BS/BA Logistics or business
related degree, Strong working knowledge of Excel and Access.
Very strong communication skills.
