LINC's parent company Centra, Inc. began operating in the 1930's
as a small regional motor freight carrier based in the metropolitan
Detroit area. With the philosophy of providing a better service
at fair and equitable prices, the organization grew and diversified.
A time soon came when cost-effective value added services and transportation
management became not only a goal for many corporations, but a necessity.
With a solid foundation in transportation and a management team
of well-seasoned logistics experts, LINC was formed in 1991. LINC
was brought together with a multitude of experience created through
the many years of Centra, Inc.'s existence.
