Quality

At LINC, quality is not a department. It is part of everything we do.

As a corporation, LINC is certified to the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard. We have developed standardized procedures and detailed work instructions for every operation at each LINC operating facility.

By integrating technology into the daily operations, LINC has also integrated sophisticated error-proofing methods into our business management systems. Managers, supervisors and operators are thoroughly trained and continuously involved in improving our performance and eliminating errors throughout the system resulting in a remarkable value for our customers.

Managing our performance quality begins even before a facility begins operation. Process and work instruction development is a crucial part of our facility launch planning. LINC incorporates best practices and “lessons learned” from each of our many diverse operations into the development of business management systems for each new operating facility prior to operations launch.

Each facility is responsible to manage its own process improvement. Facility management and staff communicate regularly with customer representatives and keep the corporate office in the loop to ensure that all facilities immediately receive the benefit of system and process enhancements and to provide control of critical document and process control. Managers and trained auditors from each facility regularly visit and audit each other to insure best practices throughout the corporation.
